Accreditation team prepares a draft of the data collection instrument (DCI)

The student-led independent student analysis (ISA) is prepared and distributed to the student body
January – March 2026
- Subcommittees review and analyze draft of DCI and ISA data and compile subcommittee self-study reports, submit their reports to self-study steering committee for final self-study summary report.
- ISA task force analyzes ISA data and generates the ISA report
April – July 2026
- Ongoing edits to the DCI
- Steering Committee compiles final self-study report
July 2026
Consultant review of DCI and supporting documents
July – October 2026
Accreditation team makes final edits to the DCI, DCI appendices, self-study summary report, and any other required documents.
Submission & Site Visit (October 2026-January 2027)

Final accreditation package submitted to the LCME
October – December 2026
- October 25-27, 2026: Mock site visit
- Final corrections and/or updates to the survey package sent to the LCME
