Mandatory Sessions: Monday, August 3 – Friday, August 7, 2026
Attendance at First Year Orientation is mandatory for matriculating students.

Mandatory Orientation Sessions
First Year Orientation will be held in-person at the Georgetown University School of Medicine campus (3900 Reservoir Road, NW).

DAY 1: Monday, August 3 (MANDATORY)
Arrive Time: 8 – 8:45 AM EST
Location: GA2-4 Pre-Clinical Science Building.
Lunch will be provided!
DAY 2: Tuesday, August 4 (MANDATORY)
Arrive Time: 8 AM EST
Location: GA2-4 Pre-Clinical Science Building.
Welcome reception lunch: 12:30 PM EST Healey Family Center
DAY 3: Wednesday, August 5(MANDATORY)
Arrive Time: 8 – 9 AM EST
Location: LA6 Corridor
Breakfast & Lunch will be provided!
DAY 4: Thursday, August 6(MANDATORY)
Arrive Time: 8 – 9 AM EST
Location: LA6 Corridor
Lunch will be provided!
Class of 2030 Family Orientation: 5:30 – 6:30 PM.

White Coat Ceremony
Student Arrival: 12:15 PM EST
Start Time: 1 PM EST
